Our handcrafted blades and custom apparel typically ship within 4 to 6 weeks, as each piece is meticulously finished to ensure the highest quality standards.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our products globally. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their local government.
What is your return policy for apparel and gear?
We accept returns on unworn apparel and unused gear within 30 days of delivery. Custom-made blades and personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned.
How should I care for my blade and leather goods?
We recommend keeping blades dry and lightly oiled with food-grade mineral oil. Leather sheaths and accessories should be treated with a high-quality leather conditioner to prevent cracking.
Are your products covered by a warranty?
Every Half Face Blades product is backed by a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear, neglect, or structural modifications.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Because we begin processing orders immediately to ensure timely delivery, we can only accept changes or cancellations within 24 hours of purchase.
